For Captive Managers/ Reinsurance Brokers

SeQure Underwriters can assist those who help Agents, Brokers, Associations, and Companies form new alternative market insurance programs, find carrier partners, and set up captives or other risk-sharing entities.  We can accomplish this in two ways.  First, by utilizing our captive facilities and collateral, the costs of establishing a risk-sharing program can be dramatically reduced.  We can provide gap collateral, take a portion of the risk on the primary and/or excess layer of coverage, or provide reinsurance support on profitable programs.

Also, we are able to leverage our existing relationships within the alternative market arena to help reduce the time and costs associated with captive formation for our programs.  We have finance and insurance experts who conduct preliminary audits of books of business to assess the program's viability and profit potential before extensive and time consuming audits take place.  For a list of the preliminary information we request, please click here.
